Q-What do I do If My CaR Stalls?
A-Assess your surroundings, how safe are you? If you are on a busy road or freeway, stay in the car. If you are stuck in the middle of an unsafe situation, call the police for assistance. then call us to come and tow you. If you have a motor club membership be sure to request us!
Q-What do I do If I am in an accident?
A- First determine if anyone is hurt, if so contact the police and request an ambulance immediately. Once you get your bearings and determine if you are safe, then call police to make an accident report. Remain calm and take photos if you are able. Exchange contact information with the other involved parties. Phone a friend or relative for support if needed and call roadside assistance to assist with the removal of your vehicle.
Q-Can I leave my Vehicle Once the Tow is ordered?
A-This depneds on where is when it breaks down. If it's blocking a major intersection or if it is located on the freeway, State Police may have it impounded before your towing agent can arrive. If it's safe in a parking lot or other out of the way place, usually you can work that out with your provider. Just ask!
